Description
The RPA Engineer will analyze business processes, design, develop, test, deploy, and support robotic process automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate. The role includes building reusable bots and workflows, gathering requirements, troubleshooting, monitoring bot performance, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with IT, QA, business analysts, and operations teams. Candidates need at least six years of experience, hands-on experience with a major RPA platform, knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, and basic scripting, and familiarity with SDLC, agile, and CI/CD practices.
