M7 Health is hiring a Software Engineer to build and improve its AI-powered healthcare workforce operations platform. The role involves delivering high-visibility features, applying AI/ML techniques to scheduling intelligence, designing backend solutions, collaborating with product and operations teams, and maintaining clean, tested code. The position uses React, TypeScript, Vite, Node.js, NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL, and AWS or similar infrastructure, and follows a hybrid schedule with two days per week in the Manhattan office. M7 cannot sponsor or transfer H1B visas, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
