The role involves analyzing requirements, designing and coding software, debugging, integrating systems, developing database interfaces, testing, coordinating installations, and serving as a technical point of contact. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or four years of software engineering experience in lieu of the degree, at least seven years of software engineering experience, hands-on Java application development experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
