Mercor is hiring a Software Engineer on its Automations team to build and maintain production agents and agentic infrastructure. The role focuses on MCP servers, evaluation frameworks, action queues, playbook orchestration, agent observability, and debugging systems that interact with payments, contracts, and talent pipelines. Candidates should have strong Python or equivalent backend fundamentals, LLM API experience, distributed-systems knowledge, and the ability to ship reliable systems; full-stack experience is a plus. The position is in-person five days per week in San Francisco, New York City, or London, with health, dental, and vision insurance.
