Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer for its Cloud+AI Azure Data Team to build, test, deploy, and operate secure Azure data services in an air-gapped Secure Work Area. The role covers AI-assisted software development, coding, architecture, testing, automation, security, reliability, observability, and customer-facing feature delivery. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field plus at least two years of technical engineering experience, along with U.S. government Top Secret clearance with SCI access, polygraph, Microsoft Cloud background checks, and U.S. citizenship verification.
