Description
Midas is hiring a backend engineer to design and build scalable, low-latency systems for real-time trading and financial data. The role owns the full product lifecycle from ideation through architecture, development, release, and production monitoring, while collaborating with product, design, and infrastructure teams. Candidates should have strong computer science and system-design fundamentals, backend development experience, knowledge of relational databases, caching, distributed systems, containerized environments, cloud infrastructure, event-driven architectures, microservices, and reactive programming. Prior incident-response and financial-systems experience are advantageous.
