Neon is hiring a software engineer to build AI automation systems for healthcare enterprises, including automated authorizations, benefits verification, and financial assistance. The role requires Node, TypeScript, and Python proficiency, distributed-systems knowledge, API and CI/CD experience, and 4–7 years of software engineering experience. It is a project-lead-level position responsible for defining priorities, directing project teams, coordinating stakeholders, and embedding quality across the codebase. The role requires full-time United States work authorization and does not offer visa sponsorship.
