Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is hiring a Software Engineer at Level 3 or Level 4 to work on the Space Vehicle Management team supporting a Ground Segment. The role involves designing, developing, documenting, refactoring, testing, and debugging applications software in a cloud environment, with strong emphasis on Java, C++, Python or similar scripting, Agile methods, automated testing, and collaboration in a fast-paced mission-focused environment. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to pass a polygraph, and may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications. It is based in Manhattan Beach, California; Fairfax, Virginia; Aurora, Colorado; or Morrisville, North Carolina, includes travel about 10% of the time, and offers relocation assistance plus salary ranges for both levels.
