NPAW is hiring a Software Engineer to develop and optimize Java backend services, JavaScript frontend applications, and iOS/Android plugins; integrate AI-driven approaches; process large data volumes; and collaborate with product, UI, customer engineering, and operations teams. The role requires a BS/MS in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, software-engineering experience, proficiency in at least one backend, frontend, or mobile development area, and familiarity with caching, APIs, Git, and automation tools.
