OCLC is hiring a Software Engineer to build and maintain the Access Checker service, a high-throughput platform that harvests and evaluates the accuracy of eResource links. The role involves developing Java/Spring components, RESTful services, database-driven applications, and AI-assisted evaluation workflows; debugging production issues; participating in code reviews and technical design; and collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years of relevant software development experience, and experience with Java/Spring, APIs, relational databases, and AI tools.
