Description
Ohr is hiring a Software Engineer to build AI-powered tools, molecule-discovery applications, and process digital twins for its chemistry and biocatalysis business. The role partners with laboratory scientists, develops full-stack internal applications, integrates with data platforms, and produces tested, documented, secure, and auditable software. It requires 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience, a relevant undergraduate degree, strong Python and/or TypeScript skills, and experience with production software and LLM-based AI tooling. The position is fully remote for candidates located anywhere in the United States, with a preference for Seattle, San Diego, and Arlington/Washington, DC, and offers an annual base salary of $140,000–$200,000 plus equity.
