OnRamp is hiring a software engineer to build enterprise-grade features for its agentic B2B customer onboarding platform. The role focuses on directing coding agents, running parallel workstreams, maintaining architecture and quality standards, and shipping software across a modern web platform on AWS. It is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Head of Engineering, with a Boston-centered culture preferring local candidates to work in the office a couple of days per week, while remote work is open for the right candidate.
