The role involves building high-performance applications, optimizing APIs and data models, working with Elasticsearch and MongoDB, troubleshooting production issues, participating in code reviews, and owning features from design through deployment. Candidates should have 2–5 years of backend software development experience, strong Java and Spring Boot proficiency, and experience with high-scale data applications; distributed systems, cloud platforms, messaging systems, containerization, and CI/CD experience are preferred.
