Outmarket is hiring a Software Engineer to build AI-powered features across its insurance product and technical stack. The role involves developing LLM-based capabilities such as retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, semantic search, prompt design, structured output, and tool-using agents; building backend services, data pipelines, and product UIs; and turning messy insurance data into reliable, source-cited product capabilities. The engineer will collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams in a remote-first environment.
