The Software Engineer will work across the full stack on an agentic healthcare platform that processes patient records, legal workflows, and sensitive decisions. Responsibilities include building case-process workflows, designing evaluation frameworks, improving data ingestion and indexing, adding interface tooling, iterating on user-facing features, and establishing AI-native development patterns. The role emphasizes correctness, reliability, frontier-model evaluation and guardrails, rapid high-quality delivery, end-to-end ownership, and long-term product and codebase growth.
