RTX is hiring a full-time, permanent Senior Software Engineer for its software development function in Manchester or Gloucester, United Kingdom. The role involves designing and building software, collaborating with stakeholders and engineers, contributing to project milestones and continuous improvement, and supporting secure, mission-critical systems across defence, intelligence, cyber, and geospatial domains. The position requires willingness to obtain eDV clearance and lists core software, cloud, infrastructure, data, testing, and Agile delivery skills; it also requires a university degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least three years of experience.
