Samba is hiring a Software Engineer in Porto to develop, maintain, and evolve backend and middleware services for its global media-intelligence platform. The role involves distributed-systems architecture, scalable data handling, low-latency performance engineering, production monitoring and debugging, B2B integrations, code reviews, and collaboration in an agile environment. Candidates need a degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar technical background, at least two years of comparable software engineering experience, strong object-oriented programming and design-pattern knowledge, .NET/C# or similar C-based language experience, microservices familiarity, Git and terminal proficiency, and strong communication skills.
