SmartAsset is hiring a Senior Web Platform Engineer to own the technical and architectural domains of its web platform, including building and migrating a new content management system. The role involves running and scaling web products, participating in Agile Scrum, making technical decisions, guiding designs, and mentoring engineers in a fully remote environment. Candidates need at least three years of experience building highly available web platforms with Java or similar, along with ReactJS, NodeJS, relational databases, SQL, Git, and cloud solutions. The position offers a $119,500–$180,000 base salary plus RSUs and benefits, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
