Sportradar is hiring a Software Engineer for its Automated Video Production team within the Automated Content Unit. The role focuses on designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining backend services, APIs, libraries, databases, and video encoding and distribution systems that support AI-driven automated sports content creation. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, researching technologies, improving software reliability and security, participating in code reviews, and contributing to CI/CD and distributed cloud architectures. The position requires Python proficiency, web API and Linux experience, version control and CI/CD knowledge, containerization familiarity, database experience, and cloud provider knowledge, especially AWS.
