Sprout Social is hiring a Software Engineer for its Partnerships and Ecosystems team to build and scale reliable backend systems, deliver new network capabilities, and support customer-facing applications. The role involves writing clean, tested code in Java, Python, MySQL, NSQ, Hbase, AWS, and Kubernetes; collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams; owning production deployments; reviewing peer code; and monitoring service health. The position requires at least two years of production software and object-oriented programming experience, offers remote or Poland-based work, and pays PLN 19,000–23,750 net monthly, with a broader base-pay range of PLN 19,000–28,500 net monthly.
