Description
AALTO is hiring a Software Engineer in Farnborough for a full-time permanent hybrid role. The position develops safety-critical software for airborne systems, primarily in C, with C++ and Python, across requirements, design, implementation, integration, verification, and qualification. The engineer will collaborate with systems, hardware, test, and flight operations teams and support debugging, test automation, and certification evidence. The role requires practical software engineering experience, ideally at least three years in aerospace or another safety-critical environment, and experience with airborne software development in a DO-178C environment.
