Tensec is hiring an experienced Software Engineer to design and ship cross-border fintech products, including transaction processing, compliance, AI applications, payment infrastructure, and global workflows. The role owns features end to end, builds responsive frontends and secure backends, partners with product and design teams, and works in a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office. Candidates should have at least five years of full-stack software development experience, a track record of shipping products, cloud and CI/CD experience, and fintech experience; React and Node.js are preferred. Base compensation is $132,000 to $230,000 per year, with equity, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a learning budget.
