Tessl is hiring a Software Engineer to join its engineering team and build real-time AI-native workflows, tooling, and interfaces for AI coding agents and AI-native software development. The role involves designing and implementing functionality, prototyping integrations, collaborating with product and design, integrating third-party services, planning architecture, establishing end-to-end testing, and sharing technical vision. Candidates should have at least five years of software engineering experience, experience with AI coding tools, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment. The position is based in London and requires attendance at the company headquarters at least three days per week.
