Description
Torc is hiring a Software Engineer to build and support Linux- and cloud-based data systems for autonomous-vehicle analytics, simulation, and machine-learning training. The role focuses on AWS data ingestion, ETL, storage, data lakes, pipelines, data governance, and cloud solutions, while collaborating with perception, planning, control, mapping, and vehicle-testing teams. Required qualifications include a BS or MS in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, Python coding experience, Docker and containerization, Linux and Bash, and experience deploying, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining Linux systems. The position is part of a distributed, remote-first Data Engineering team and includes an on-call rotation.
