Tulip is hiring a Software Engineer in Budapest for a hybrid role requiring 3+ days per week in the office. The position partners with engineering teams to identify AI opportunities in developer workflows, owns architecture and standards for agent-based releases and internal tools, builds onboarding and discovery resources, contributes to engineering enablement, and measures adoption and impact. The role requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong full-stack TypeScript and API skills, AWS and CI/CD experience, AI safety and security knowledge, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
