Description
The Software Engineering Manager will supervise and lead a team of software engineers, manage task distribution and performance, establish systems architecture and coding standards, participate in software development, coordinate projects from conception through delivery, solve complex engineering problems, facilitate communication with other organizational areas, contribute to IT strategic planning, and mentor team members. The role requires systems development experience, knowledge of frameworks, object-oriented programming, Git, agile methodologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, and systems architecture; higher education or specialization in the field is also required. The position offers remote work and operates Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:12 to 18:00.
