UpGuard is hiring a Software Engineer for its Product Engineering team to build and ship customer-facing features across React and TypeScript, Go services, and secure infrastructure. The role involves end-to-end ownership of well-scoped work, code review, platform reliability, and deepening knowledge of cybersecurity, with a focus on using AI coding tools. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant engineering experience, strong TypeScript and React skills, a productive backend language such as Go, and relational database skills with Postgres. The position is fully remote, with physical offices in Sydney and Hobart but no mandatory attendance.
