Description
CoreWeave is hiring a Software Engineer to build and scale Weave, its observability, evaluation, and monitoring platform for AI agents and GenAI applications. The role involves designing and shipping core functionality, implementing robust APIs, integrating with agent harnesses and SDKs, improving backend performance, building evaluation and tracing features, and partnering with users to iterate on the product. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least 8 years of software engineering experience, and deep knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript, along with experience building AI agents. The role offers a base salary of $165,000 to $220,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
