Description
Wellspring is hiring a Software Engineer to build and evolve the Accolade platform with a cloud-native, AI-first approach. The role focuses on hands-on production development, containerized services, CI/CD, distributed systems, security, observability, and debugging, while also contributing developer-facing AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI-enhanced product capabilities. The engineer will collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, mentor other engineers, and help improve engineering practices in a flexible, remote-first environment. The role requires expertise in C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, React, TypeScript, databases, testing, and cloud-native development.
