ZEISS India is hiring a Production IT Support professional to implement, maintain, and support PIT software used in its laboratories and related business areas. The role includes documenting solutions, training business users, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and independently handling support tasks in a collaborative environment. Candidates need a computer science degree, at least two years of Production IT support experience, knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, MES or production control systems, and familiarity with ticketing tools; Grafana, Kafka, and microservices are advantageous. Shift work and fluent English are required.
