Description
Athena Platform Services is hiring a Software Engineer to build scalable data services and decisioning platforms supporting machine learning analytics for fraud, waste, and abuse prevention across Apple. The role covers real-time inference and streaming data, batch analytics, CI/CD, observability, SLA practices, automated pipelines, performance and cost optimization, and monitoring, validation, and drift detection. Candidates need at least five years of experience building production-grade software or data platforms at scale, proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala, and hands-on experience with distributed data technologies such as Spark, Flink, or Kafka.
