Distyl is hiring a Software Engineer Back End to design, build, and optimize its AI-native platform, Distillery, which powers enterprise AI systems. The role focuses on scalable cloud-native microservices, Python and FastAPI backend services, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, security, distributed systems, and AI/ML operations. Candidates should have 3–10+ years of software engineering experience and proficiency in backend and systems engineering; the role is hybrid with at least three days per week in the office and offers a base salary of $150,000–$250,000 plus equity and benefits.
