Superhuman is hiring a Backend Engineer for its Mail team to build and operate high-throughput production services, real-time infrastructure, AI agent orchestration, connector integrations, and data pipelines. The role involves designing scalable platform services, collaborating with ML/AI, Product, and Front-End teams, using infrastructure as code, and mentoring junior engineers. It offers a remote-flexible model for most locations and a hybrid setup for Vancouver-based engineers.
