Description
NetBird is hiring a Senior Software Engineer Backend to design, build, and scale high-throughput distributed backend services and APIs in Go for its open-source peer-to-peer networking platform. The role owns data modeling, database performance, observability, feature delivery, incident response, and collaboration with networking and platform engineers, while also engaging with the open-source community. Candidates need at least five years of backend experience in Go or similar systems, distributed-systems experience, networking knowledge, and an end-to-end ownership mindset; the position is based in Berlin with a four-days-in-office, one-day-flexible arrangement.
