MLabs Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a client for a remote, full-time Software Engineer - Backend & Data role serving Eastern Europe. The position involves executing operational duties, collaborating with cross-functional and external stakeholders, monitoring metrics and milestones, analyzing challenges, implementing operational strategies, maintaining documentation and compliance records, and using industry software and data-tracking tools. A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, related professional experience, strong communication, prioritization, deadline management, and independent troubleshooting are required. Compensation is €60,000–€80,000 EUR, with healthcare, dental, vision, paid time off, professional development, and flexible working options.
