Normal Computing is hiring a Backend Engineer to build and operate reliable backend software for semiconductor engineers, including APIs, databases, long-running work, distributed failure handling, observability, deployment tooling, and performance optimization. The role spans backend systems across CLI, web, and service boundaries and requires at least four years of software engineering experience, API and data-model design, production-service experience, and strong reasoning about concurrency, state, and distributed failures.
