Ualá is hiring a permanent Software Engineer Backend for its Wealth (Investments) vertical. The role focuses on designing and developing cloud-native backend solutions with AWS, serverless architectures, and microservices; defining product architecture and quality standards; translating business requirements into technical solutions; and scaling investment products in high-concurrency environments. The position requires backend development experience with Go, advanced knowledge of software architecture and event-driven patterns, microservices and asynchronous-systems experience, and the ability to lead technical initiatives in agile environments.
