The role involves cross-functional collaboration, code review, debugging, refactoring, application optimization, requirement definition, sprint planning, stakeholder work, and technical leadership. Candidates need a BSc in computer science or equivalent experience, at least three years of experience, expertise in PHP or Node.js, familiarity with PHP frameworks and Git, Agile and JIRA experience, basic Unix knowledge, and strong English communication skills.
