Description
Crusoe is hiring a full-time Software Engineer for its Cloud Availability Platform team to help build Conductor, a self-driving control plane that autonomously manages tens of thousands of AI accelerators. The role focuses on designing and operating distributed services, control planes, closed-loop remediation systems, observability pipelines, energy-aware compute scheduling, straggler detection, and hardware qualification pipelines. The engineer will work with staff and principal engineers and cross-functional partners to solve infrastructure challenges involving power, cost, compute efficiency, and live-workload reliability.
