ICF is hiring a Mid-Level Software Engineer to lead mission-critical software initiatives for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, including designing, developing, testing, deploying, and sustaining secure applications using Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Oracle, SQL Server, and AWS GovCloud. The position is remote nationwide in the United States, with quarterly travel to an office or client site, and requires an active Top Secret clearance. The full-time pay range is $81,499 to $167,644.
