Description
Surge is hiring a Software Engineer focused on coding evaluation and training data. The role owns end-to-end coding data projects for AI labs, including task and RL-environment design, rubric and reward-signal development, evaluation of data and worker output, coding-worker qualification, and complex technical environments. The engineer will partner with client technical staff and internal engineering, product, and operations teams, requiring 2–6+ years of software engineering experience, strong coding ability, technical-environment debugging skills, and interest in AI/ML systems.
