Vercel is hiring a Software Engineer for its Persistence team within the Compute division. The role manages and improves fleets of compute clusters, writes Golang, uses Terraform and Nomad, works with virtual filesystems and Linux, and owns the reliability and performance of the compute platform. It is based in London, United Kingdom, with in-office anchor days for candidates within commuting distance and fully remote work for those further afield in the UK. The position requires at least five years of software engineering experience, with Golang, distributed systems, schedulers and orchestrators, and Linux expertise preferred or required.
