The role covers the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, troubleshooting, and outage response. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, four years of relevant education or experience, or an approved certification from CodeUp, Galvenize, VetFIT, or eFIT
Required Previous Experiences: 2 years of software development experience specific to Java
1 year of experience delivering technology solutions across the software systems and application development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Java API and batch jobs, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST API, and React
Prior experience with NiCE Performance Management or NiCE Quality Central
Experience integrating and supporting vendor SaaS applications
