Description
The Sustainment Engineer will diagnose, reproduce, and resolve customer-reported issues involving NetApp ONTAP, Google Cloud, hardware, software, and multi-vendor interoperability. The role involves debugging filesystem problems, recovering data or restoring systems, analyzing logs and memory dumps, examining ONTAP source code, and contributing software fixes or enhancements. It is a regular daytime position that may require holiday or weekend coverage and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science with two years of experience, a master's degree, or equivalent experience.
