Endra is hiring an early engineer to own and develop high-performance C++ core services and Python integrations for a generative workflow platform. The role involves architecting foundational systems, ensuring reliability and scalability across a hybrid technology stack, collaborating with Optimization and Product teams, and contributing to code standards, testing, and developer experience. The position requires at least five years of modern C++ experience, strong Python proficiency, backend architecture and system design skills, and fluency in English; cloud infrastructure, API design, and CAD/BIM experience are considered a plus.
