The role involves IPMI and Redfish BMC interactions, DPU provisioning, serial-over-LAN, virtual media, remote consoles, Rust services, observability, testing, CI/CD, and production debugging with hardware vendors. Candidates need at least two years of backend or systems software experience, production experience in Rust, Go, or C/C++, Linux knowledge, and familiarity with hardware-management protocols or strong systems fundamentals.
