Description
Cribl is hiring a Backend Engineer to help set technical direction for its Core Platform and build scalable, robust, distributed systems that ingest, process, and route large data sets in real time. The role involves developing backend systems and APIs, designing and testing software, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers, owning software from development through support, and participating in on-call or off-hours duties. It is fully remote and requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience, along with experience building products using Node.js or TypeScript and knowledge of distributed systems, scalability, debugging, networking, and cloud platforms.
