Harmattan AI is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to architect and scale its Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as a core software product. The role involves redesigning the MES custom-layer architecture, translating ERP manufacturing capabilities into a scalable industrial MES, developing version 2 for factory deployment, conducting hands-on coding and code reviews, establishing technical standards, auditing systems, creating a 90-day roadmap, and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires 4–7+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python and architectural skills, a top-tier software engineering degree, and strong communication in English and French.
