DRW is hiring a Tools Engineering Software Engineer to build, maintain, and extend trading tools and a central trading platform for Cumberland and FICC options trading desks. The role involves forward deployments embedded with trading desks, prototyping and production delivery, on-call support, and work across Python, Java, C++, and TypeScript. Candidates need at least two years of experience with multiple programming languages, experience delivering production systems in ambiguous environments, financial-market experience, and experience with low-latency, concurrent systems. The position offers an annual base salary of $175,000 to $225,000 plus a discretionary bonus and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
