DRW is hiring a Tools Engineering Software Engineer to build, maintain, and extend trading tools for Cumberland and FICC options trading desks. The role involves forward deployments embedded with trading desks, developing specialized solutions, extracting reusable patterns, and supporting the central trading platform across Python, Java, C++, and TypeScript. Candidates need at least two years of experience with multiple programming languages, experience delivering production systems in ambiguous environments, financial-market experience, and experience with low-latency, concurrent systems. The position offers an annual base salary of $175,000 to $225,000 plus a discretionary bonus and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
